I’m having problems with a powermate PM0495501.17 generator. I’m only seeing 1.26 volt on the 120 rect. and 2.53 volt on the 220 rect. It is always running high idle with or without the idle control switch on or off. Is there any suggestions that might help me. We are sitting without power and have been since Sunday. Any help would be appreciated
