Question About Vertical Communications 7271
Comdial DX80 7271 Voicemail Card...

The comdial 7271 voicemail card never answers when the extension is not picked up. The auto attendant answers and then choose option 1 for ext 101. Ext 101 rings and rings and then eventually transfer back to AA instead of transfering to the voicemail system. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
