The comdial 7271 voicemail card never answers when the extension is not picked up. The auto attendant answers and then choose option 1 for ext 101. Ext 101 rings and rings and then eventually transfer back to AA instead of transfering to the voicemail system. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
