I am having trouble programming our new phone. We have 15 phone stations already and just added a new room/phone. 10 out of 16 connect fine, but the last 11-16 (including the new phone) we are unable to call by hitting the button, only by dialing the extension. And when I do call other extensions that work, th board does not recognize me on any line. Please help!
