I took this apart to replace the pull string that ...

I took this apart to replace the pull string that broke and went to put it back together and I don't see where the small choke cable goes to any help would be great

0 The manual doesn't help it says nothing about string or choke cable and all I can find on the www is it attaches by the flywheel. I don't see where it attaches
