we just bought this cultivator yesterday. We took it back and exchanged it because the tines are not moving. When we started the new one the engine worked just fine, we moved the cultivator to the garden, started the machine, let it run for 30 to 60 seconds, increased the engine speed with the throttle for 30 seconds, lowered the machine to the ground...nothing. What are we doing wrong. Aren't the tines supposed to move???? Is there something we forgot to do???? HELP

0 The motor shaft is not seated into the transmission shaft. Loosen the motor and lift up and rotate until the shaft drops into place and tighten motor back into place, The male end of the motor shaft fits into the female end of the transmission shaft.
