blades won't engauge.bought it with the bearing housings broken. put new housings on,new blades,and new belt. everthing was going good until i tryed to engauge the blades. the belt don't seem to be long enough. got all the parts from the same parts house so i an assumming it is the correct belt., tryed to adjust the adjustment for the arm only to still come up short of blades turning.everthing turns freely and belt is on correctly.are their another adjustment i don't see or maby was sold the wrong belt?
