my 580.32727 generator starts and runs okay but has no output voltage. pulled the cover and checked circuit breaker and voltage regulator board. all seem okay. measured not voltage out of wires coming from windings to voltage regulator while running either. can't believe a winding is open! don't have a manual. choke doesn't work and slide for throttle doesn't seem right to me. is there any connection back to possibly a minimum setting there that will inhibit voltage out? help!
