Bought this Pressure Washer off a Friend and can't...

Bought this Pressure Washer off a Friend and can't get any Water Pressure coming out of the Wand.The Motor works Great but No water Pressure. Changed All 3 Check Vaves. How do you adjust the Water Pressure on the Pump ? I didn't receive a Manuel with it. Thanks
