0 My 917294261 tiller was stuck in neutral. The gear shift shaft was rusted solid to the bushing where it penetrates the transmission. Some light penetrating oil and LIGHT tapping with a hammer eventually got it moving. I'm sure the problem starting when the previous owner left it out in the rain.
