I am having troble getting the cr-280 to turn on. When I plug in another smaller amp to it that amp will work fine. So it is getting some power to it. My question is if it indeed is getting power why wont the main component turn on? Is there a fuse in the back that needs to be there in order for it to turn on? the far top left hand corner seems to have the fuse 5 amp 250 volt is broken off it seems. Is that what my problem is? If so how can i repair that.
