Creda cold store upright freezer - 5 shelves. No idea of model number and cant find one. Two switches inside. H and E (economy) and 0 and * (fast freeze). I would like to know which way the switches should be please? Currently the H is up (so flat) and the same with the *. Contents are frozen hard. Freezer contents exceptionally cold. Concerned it is on wrong setting and using too much electricity. In a rented property so no idea of how it should be used. Thanks
