We have a Crosley Shelvador Freezer Model WCF20/F MO which has quit freezing. The very bottom of the freezer had a build-up of about 3 inches of ice before it stopped working. We were wondering if a drain had been plugged up. When we purchased the freezer, it was supposed to be frost free. We have since turned the freezer off and gotten the ice out. Any advice?
