how do you disable the reverse disconnect switches so the blades do not stop?

5 Once you’re done the mower will always think the left side is in forward and the pto will only be controlled by the switch, and the other safety features. if this post is super old sorry, i just did mine today and thought id share how since there is no way to find out on the web, and dealers wont tell you

5 to do this you need to make the 2 electrodes inside of the plastic piece touch. i used some crumpled tin foil that i showed in there and taped in. 18-20 gauge wire should also work, i just couldn’t find a way to make it stay.

2 DO YOU MEAN PUT A JUMPER WIRE IN TO THE PLUG?

1 there are 2 switches (one for each lap bar) only one needs to be disabled. to left one is easier to do because there are fewer wires in your way. there is a plug with 2 blue wires coming out of it directly beneath the hinge that the lap bar is connected to, pull it off ( laying under the mower undo the plastic latch, and try to pull with pliers, this may take several tries and a flashlight in your mouth) once the plastic part is removed the circuit needs to be closed
