Question About Cub Cadet Lawn Mower 2185
won't turn over...

New Battery. turn key and hear a click in motor, red battery light lights but no power to starter. than I hear a clicking sound ever 3 or 4 secons comming from near the key switch. I think it is a saftey switch ( I do sit on the seat) but how do I check them all? Thank You for the help!
