hi I have a danby dim2500wd,ive had it a month and half,and it quit working,it goes through cycles,but wont flow water through to make it,I cleaned it out still wont work,anyone have a idea what it could be?

0 I just fixed mine.  It was going all the way through the cycle but had stopped pumping water; the pump would not come on and then the water light came on briefly before it went to sleep.  At surgery, I found that the water sensor at the top had scale on the flat piece and lint on the curly wire: I think it was the lint.  Either way, that's all I had to do to fix it.  So you don't really need to take the back off,  just the top.  Oh, except that taking the back off allows you to access the circuit board and pull out the obnoxious beeper.
