I have DCS double dishwasher it was working in cycle and power outage and when power came on top one which didn't complete the cycle was all water there and not draining try to restart the cycle it start and the red light and start blinking move all stuff to the bottom one and it working fine top one still have water and not draining any idea how to fix it
