My Defy 600 ums oven door does not close properly,...

My Defy 600 ums oven door does not close properly, ever since instalation. I remove the door, checked the hinges, which is all fine but door does not close completely. As a result I had to buy new stove knobs as the heat damages the printed numbers., please advise urgently.
