I get the message that the cartidge carriage is blocked. I have not used the printer for approx 3 weeks. I cleaned the carriageways with a kleenex cloth but it did not help. I know have found a small spring (ca.2cm lg x 5mmф that fell out of the printer when I was checking for any damage. What could the problem be, is the spring related to the problem?
