I have a dixon ram 50, 1st I can only cut with the deck on a very low setting (blades scracping the dirt, if I lift it up one notch the belt slips and it has no power an I just put on a new belt, 2nd something is wrong the mower will not keep the battery charged, I have to either jumpo it off or put a battery charger on it every time I get ready to start it, and I have a new battery
