I have a Ilo tv. It was given to me. Whenever I turn it on, the screen is fuzzy/snowy and it says 'antenna.' I need it on 'video' in order to connect my cable, which is DirecTV. The remote given was an universal remote and when I tried to program it I failed. I assumed the remote was old so I went out and brought another one and had the same result. I really like the tv and would love to get it off antenna and on video. Please, can you help me? Thank you.
