Question About Dymo Label Maker 220P
when trying to load new cartridge, i keep getting ...

when trying to load new cartridge, i keep getting a message consisting of a cartridge icon and 12mm. cartridge appears to be loaded properly, but i can't get unit to print. have not had this problem before.
