0 Thank you for your post, glynis.a! From my understanding you would like to know how to clean the air filter inside of your Kelvinator air conditioner. Typically on a window air conditioner, you would need to remove the panel in order to access the air filter. Once you have removed the front panel you should be able to access the filter by gripping the handle and pulling down. If you continue to experience problems with removing your filter I would recommend reaching out to a professional technician for proper diagnosis. Hope this helps. –OOS
