Question About Kelvinator Washer KL 15 TL - made in Korea
have kelvinator KL 15 TL top load washing maschine...

have kelvinator KL 15 TL top load washing maschine after wasching displayes OE and does not drain to complete cicle - no spinning or rinsing. Only when water drained manually does it spinn. what does OE mean as i have no manual to maschine PLEASE?
