Induction cooktop Error 31. What does it mean? Cooktop not operating. E showing at each control for each burner and 31 where power controls are. 3 year old applicance failed and not under warranty. $800 to fix according to repair estimate (over phone). Any suggestions? Can we fix this ourselves? Thanks for any guidance.
