Question About Electrolux 2100
Won't come on...

My Electrolux 2100 was working perfectly the last time it was used. Now, it doesn't come on after connecting to the electrical outlet. I've checked the outlet, it's OK, installed a new dust bag, but it still does not respond. What should I be checking? I've misplaced the instruction manual.
