How do I unlock my oven door? It was not on self-...

How do I unlock my oven door? It was not on self-clean but my housekeeper hits some buttons and now the electronic panel shows LOC and on the left side there is a small lock with a 3 inside it. None of the other icons respond. It's the tweo oven range.
