We just got our new EI30ES5CJS range but we are not able to open upper door the very first time. It looks like the door is locked. How to open/unlock the door? There is a manual inside the owen but I can't get it. Is there any trick I should know to open the door or it is just a manufacture issue? Thank you, Irina
