Question About Electrolux Vacuum Cleaner Epic Series 6500SR

Ask a question... Even with new bag, bag full indicator light comes on and unit shuts down. Considerable loss of suction power as well, though unit doesn't run long enough to really test. Anybody else experience this problem, and how can it be resolved. 6500SR Epic. Thanks.
