Question About Electrolux Vacuum Cleaner SL242G
Removal of the filter...

I am unable to remove the filter for cleaner, following the diagraams on the unit and have been since new last year. I rotate the filter holder which twists the filter. The bottom of the filter seems attached to the holder.
