The height adjuster for wheels/brushes will not re seat ! It will not fit in completely so does not allow height of brushes adjustment. Can you offer any help or direct me to a Maual web site ? The spring on the wheels assembly needed replacement and the cylindrical plastic height adjuster came out and will not go back properly and doe not allow any change in level of brushe/wheels Any help much appreciated
