When I tried to shut recently the handle part sort of sprung out a bit & cracked the plastic outer porthole frame. I thought the handle had broken & I’ve ordered a spare part. On closer inspection I don’t think it is the handle – all the parts seem to be ok I just can’t seem to fit it back into place. Could this be caused by the plastic having split? I can’t afford a call-out & can’t afford to keep buying spares. Hope someone can help.
