Dear Sir, I am suresh , Electrical Engineer from ship caspian sea , managed by Tanker Pacific Management Pte.ltd. We are using wasing machine Model W375N Classic Control, we have problem and could not find the wiring diagram and spares parts details in the operation and instruction manual. Problem is, after starting the machine it is moving to main wash( pre wash is by passed) and then after 3 spins the program indicator( program ) is stuck. we have to press the rapid advance control button and finish the main wash, then washing machine is running normal till some time and again stuck, again we have to press the rapid advance control to run the machine.
