Upon startup, after "ELEMENT" logo has flashed on the screen, "VGA" pops up in the top right corner and "NO SIGNAL" follows and shortly after that, "_ _ SECONDS UNTIL POWERING OFF" & it shows the actual countdown & shuts down. I have dish network and they have been out to see if it was a network issue, which I didn't think it was, but, it is not my satellite issue but an ELEMENT 42" FLAT SCREEN TV ISSUE.
