We have a Elkay drinking fountain Model EBFSA8-1A. Does it take a special tool to remove the regulator from the regulator holder. The retaining nut looks like a large washer with two holes across from each other? How do you remove the Regulator Holder from the copper water tubes? Do the tubes just insert into rubber gaskets in the Regulator Holder and stay in by friction? Which parts need to be replaced to cure a leaking faucet? Thanks. ****
