will not turn on...

will not turn on.? and i tested the power supply and have 19.v a-ok 100% is there a dc power board in side like a dell 8200 laptop?

0 type in your model # on ebay and you will see many repair parts including 1 that is the silver female end built into the unit and I think a chipset for power
