Hallo! I'm Christos, I've got an energizer ch1hr charger. my problem is that one of the red lights that indicates, when it is on, that a battery is empty, is always flashing either there is a battery in its position or not. When I place in its position a battery , it doesn't get warmer, it doesn't get charged. Can it be repaired? I haven't used it for long to excuse such a damage. It is the second CH1HR I buy with the same problem. Can anybody answer my question?
