IVE PUT TWO NINE VOLT ENERGISER BATTERIES INTO THE CHARGER. THE TWO RED LIGHTS HAVE COME ON BUT THE GREEN INDICATING INFO LIGHTS HAVE NOT, SO HOW DO I KNOW IF IT'S CHARGING OR NOT
