i have the equator cloth3s processor ez1500 and today it just stopped working. i played with the wash dial and got it to open. seemed like no water was getting in on the second rince so dial stopped moving. got machine open and it is now running on knits. have changed to hot and warm instead of cold water. any suggestions. also, do not have my manual...have misplaced it. thanks
