I wanted to know how to clear stopeges, changing the printer head, cleaning the machines etc

3 My Fargo printer shows error message. This message is ' HEAD LIFT ERROR' Can some please help me to clear this error? This printer is brown new, bought since 2006, and has never been used todate.
