Question About First Alert Smoke Alarm SCO5
installing batteries...

I have looked at this thing for several weeks, and can't seem to figure out how to open it . Pretty Lame , Huh. Any help in figureing out how blind I am would be appreciated.

5 Use a small screwdriver to pry open the part with the indent from the side.
