I have had the FLIP CAMERA for a month, and cannot...

I have had the FLIP CAMERA for a month, and cannot get it to work at all. it is Brand new, and have charged it forever as instructed...can you please tell me if I have a bad FLIP, or is it something that I am not doing?! it is a FLIP MINO HD THANKS
