I spent $80 on a 10bl. boneless prime rib roast. The recipe calls for me to cook it at 450 for the first 15 minutes then drop the temp to 325 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I need to find out the actual temp settings instead of the low 1 to hi 5. Please help! I don't want to wreck Xmas dinner.
