Cl code blinks...

Cl code blinks when pushing normal wash sequence. Push start/cancel and blinking cl goes blank and nothing happens.

0 Hi jfirth1, I am happy to assist you! Typically CL indicates that the main control board is not sensing that the door is closed. One of the best ways to determine if this is a false error code is to reset the power to your dishwasher by flipping off the breaker for about 30 seconds. Then start a cycle and verify that the door is securely latched. If the error code persists, typically an expert would need to check the door switches, wiring, and/or test the main control board. Regrettably, this is not a simple DIY job. I would strongly recommend seeking a professional to narrow down the precise issue before investing in parts that may or may not be the root cause.
