0 Hello kpdomalik, I am happy to assist you! Often when a dishwasher is not draining properly, it is because the drain hose may be clogged or you may have a faulty drain pump. First, I recommend cleaning the glass trap that is located in the center of your dishwasher designed to collect pieces of broken straws, bones, glass, etc. The filter can be removed for cleaning by simply grasping the handle and then lifting it out. However, if you continue to have water left in the sump and your dishwasher is making a grinding noise, then it is recommended that the drain motor be diagnosed. You can locate a certified technician directly through the manufacturer website or in your local directory. Hope this helps!
