If your Frigidaire dishwasher (FGBD2431KB1) will not fill with water, here are a few simple troubleshooting tips that may help you resolve this issue: Make sure the hose water valve is turned on. Confirm that the door is closed tightly. Verify that there isn’t anything lodged under the float switch (typically located in the interior front left corner of your dishwasher). If raised it will prevent will from filling. It is a safety devise to prevent your dishwasher from overfilling. If these basic troubleshooting tips prove ineffective, at this point, I would recommend having a service technician diagnose the problem before investing in unnecessary parts.
