0 Good Afternoon elizabeth55410, thank you for your inquiry! To determine why your Frigidaire dishwasher is not working properly, I would need your model number please. You can typically locate the serial tag (which lists your model number) on the right side as you open the door. Also, can you elaborate prior to your problem any other symptoms before having this issue? Thank you! - Chris
