Generally speaking, your Frigidaire freezer (FFu14F5HW) is recommended to allow 4 hours for your freezer to cool down completely after installing for safe food storage. Your freezer typically will run continuously for the first several hours. Foods that are already frozen may be placed in your freezer after the first few hours of operation. Unfrozen foods should NOT be loaded into the freezer until your freezer has operated for 4 hours. Hope this helps!
