I have model FFU17FC4AW2. Need to know if shelving can be removed. Also, occasional water on floor. Does front bottom panel hold some kind of container for defrosted water?

0 Good Morning Sturdevantedith, I understand you want to know if the shelving is removable on your Frigidaire freezer, model# FFU17FC4AW2. I also see you are getting water on the floor occasionally. In regards to the shelving being removed, you can remove almost all the shelves, including the slide out basket. The very bottom shelf is the only one that is not removable as it is a fixed shelf. All others you will just lift up on and they should come out. With you receiving water on your floor, I suggest making sure that the door is closing all the way. If not, check to make sure your freezer is level. Check from side to side, front to back, and corner to corner. Also, check the seal on the door of your freezer. Make sure there is a tight seal when you close the door as well as the seal not damaged in any way. I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if your appliances status has changed successfully. Hope this is helpful. -Best Regards-
