0 Good Afternoon alitza613, thank you for your inquiry! Based off the information you have provided your Frigidaire freezer, FFH17F7HW, has an ice build-up on the rear wall and things are not completely frozen. It sounds like a possible air leak within your freezer. You can check your gaskets to make sure they are properly holding a seal. In order to check your gaskets you would need to place a dollar or a sheet of paper between the freezer body and door of the freezer. If the paper or bill falls out with little resistance then the gasket may be bad. If the bill or paper does not come out easily then the gasket is good. There could also be an issue with the thermostat inside of your freezer. I would then recommend having a professional out to perform a proper diagnosis and repair. I hope this information has been helpful. –OOS
