My Frigidaire Upright freezer stopped working in D...

My Frigidaire Upright freezer stopped working in December. It does not Cool when it is plugged in. I am on "FIXED INCOME SOCIAL SECURITY ans I cannot afford the "REPAIR COST." Can someone PLEASE, PLEASE ASSIST ME.

0 Hey theodoragodwin, thank you for your post! From my understanding your Frigidaire freezer stopped cooling. Some possibilities that you could be experiencing with your freezer are an issue with the sealed system issue, temperature control, or sensor. I would recommend you perform a reset on your appliance and that could correct any miscommunication error, you can do that by unplugging the appliance for roughly ten minutes. If that does not correct the cooling issue I would recommend you having a professional come out to properly diagnose and repair your freezer. -Chris
